Hi, I'm Fred Condra and my goal is to make the refinance or purchase or your home a successful and anxiety-free experience. This starts with our first conversation where I take the extra time to fully understand your needs and desires regarding your loan. After discussing the various financing options available, I'll assist you in choosing the best fit. If refinancing, it's important to make sure your monthly savings on the new loan will be sufficient to warrant the internal costs involved (even if not coming out of your pocket). I'll do a full analysis to make sure this is the case. When purchasing a home, getting pre-approved is important as it makes sure you're looking in the appropriate price range, plus your Realtor will need my "Pre-approved Lender Letter" to submit with your offer.
